We always dine at the Red Plate when we travel to visit family in the area. Our server is the same woman who is always so pleasant and on it! I really enjoyed the crab omelette. It's a cozy and comfortable place and we look forward to returning.

Good food, friendly staff. It's the usual diner fare. Only wish they were open later.
Food and service was excellent. We had to wait five minutes for a table since the place was full. We got our coffees right away and we ordered the Eggs Delmarva that consisted of two poached eggs atop an English muffin with fried crabmeat with hollandaise sauce and home fries.
Pretty darn good road side stop! I had French Onion soup. Delicious! Friendly staff that worked well together. And the Red Plate theme- means you are special! I'll be back!
